Union Railway and Information & Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw visited Jaipur yesterday on a one-day tour. During his visit, he announced that world-class railway stations and other infrastructure projects worth ₹55,000 crore are moving into the operational phase across Rajasthan.
At the Modern Skill Center of Laghu Udyog Bharati in Jaipur, the Ideathon 2025 results were declared, where out of 175 entries, Jaipur-based entrepreneurs Tanmay Vyas and Charu Vaishnav won the first prize for their startup.
On this occasion, the brochure of Stonemart 2026 was also officially unveiled. The ceremony was attended by Union Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Deputy Chief Minister Prem Chand Bairwa, National Organization Secretary Prakash Chand, National Secretary Naresh Pareek, and Stonemart Convenor Natwarlal Ajmera.
The event underlined Rajasthan’s growing role in India’s infrastructure and stone trade sector, with Stonemart 2026 expected to attract global stakeholders from the stone industry.
