Government Policies & Support Schemes

The Rajasthan Export Promotion Council (REPC) is a non-profit government-supported organization established in September 2022 to enhance and monitor export activities within Rajasthan. It serves as a centralized platform for addressing exporter grievances and promoting the state's industrial sectors on a global scale.

Core Objectives & Role

• Export Promotion: Supporting and increasing exports across diverse sectors including handicrafts, textiles, gems and jewelry, agro-products, and engineering goods.
• Policy Implementation: Acting as the implementing agency for the Rajasthan Export Promotion Policy 2024, which aims to increase state exports to ₹1.5 lakh crore by 2029.
• Infrastructure & Logistics: Enhancing logistics, air cargo facilities, and export-related infrastructure to improve global competitiveness.
• Exhibition & Networking: Organizing and participating in national and international trade fairs, such as the Rajasthan International Expo.

Key Services for Exporters

• Documentation & Training: Providing handholding support through "Mission Niryatak Bano" for obtaining PAN, GST, and Import Export Codes (IEC).
• Certification: Issuing essential documents like the Certificate of Origin and Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC).
• Market Intelligence: Sharing reports on international market trends, prospects, and buyer databases with its members.
• Subsidies & Incentives: Facilitating access to state schemes, including up to 50% subsidy for documentation/testing and technology acquisition support under RIPS 2024.

Membership Fees (2025)

Exporters can register on the Official REPC Portal:

• Turnover up to ₹5 Cr: ₹4,000 per year.
• Turnover above ₹5 Cr: ₹7,500 per year.
• Institutional Members: ₹25,000 per year.
