Procurement and Marketing Support PMS Scheme

The PMS (Procurement and Marketing Support) scheme provides Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with financial and technical assistance to find new markets, enhance their marketing capabilities, and develop businesses through trade fairs, exhibitions, and digital marketing. This includes subsidies on stall rent, barcode adoption, and e-commerce platform usage, enabling them to compete in domestic and international markets.

Financial Assistance Limits

Trade Fair / Exhibition Participation:

  • General Units: Up to 80% grant on stall rent (Maximum ₹1.50 lakh for metro cities, ₹0.80 lakh for other cities)
  • Women / SC-ST / NER / PH / Aspirational District Units: 100% grant

Up to ₹25,000 or actual expenses (whichever is lower) for travel, freight, and promotion

Eligibility

  • Manufacturing or service sector MSME units with valid UDYAM Registration certificate
  • Priority given to first-time participants, SC/ST, women entrepreneurs, North-Eastern states, and Aspirational Districts

Enter Udyam Registration Number and registered mobile number, then login with OTP received on registered mobile

Select India Stonemart 2026, fill the application form, upload proforma invoice and payment receipt copy, and submit the application

Submit proposal before January 15, 2026

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of program completion
